[Question] how do i level up my Bankai

well like the name says how can I level up my Bankai, ive ben trying all day to atleast make it level 2 but i have been unable to any sugestions?

no its 2k g to make clan and as wendigo said there would be more clans than players just wait till clans lv up each clan lv gives 3 more slots to add people
